Will the international community just line up to buy Treasury bonds to save the US's s ?

it surprises me one week the head of the treasury paulson says everything is fine our financial institutions are strong the next week he saying it is the end of the world - he played the american people and should resign ASAP -and to want no oversight that is ridiculous - sounds to me like if it pes it should be brought to the supreme court immediately as unconstitutional - personally I will email my reps to say vote NO AGAIN -
