Is it against the law to take a package that was mistakenly delivered to you?

UPS delivered my laptop to the wrong address last Friday (by wrong I mean different zip code wrong!!), UPS said they would send a driver to go get the package but no one is ever home (that is all that they have done which angers me). The people took the package claiming it was theirs, can I press charges against them? I don't know their name just their address.
