I need some girlfriend advice?

okk my girlfriend broke up with me for no reason pretty much whatever...heres the thing. i wanna get back together and i know she still has feelings for me...first of all would it be smart for me to stop talking for a lil while and second of all we have been broken up for 3 days and we still talk alot...how would i stop talking to her now, if this needs to be done
