What do you think will have a greater impact in your life?

To be honest, I can't really say. Both have affected my life already, and there is the potential for both of them to affect many lives in large ways. So far terrorist attacks have not involved weapons of m destruction, but small scale nuclear devices and bioterrorism I think are within the reach of many terrorist organizations, although I too doubt the EMP scenario described above. That is much more likely to come from an attack by a foreign government. Climate change is more difficult to ign blame to, because much of what it does is just change the frequency of extreme events, so you can't look at a single hurricane, or mid-latitude storm, or fire and say that it was caused by climate change. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean it's not the culprit.
