Can hrt work for a post depo user to reinstate the menstrual cyle?

i was on depo 3 1/2 years. :( i'd really like to get my life back to normal, no mood swings, getting my period, possibly and hopefully getting prego. i need to know can i try this. thank you for any answers. im very desperate.
