Devotion to Jesus King of All Nations [for Catholics]?

Never heard of that yet. It seems like an ultra-conservative Catholic group, the type that insists the old practices are better and hatch conspiracy theories against contemporary Catholic religiosity. Such types are tolerated in the Catholic Church because they are careful not to touch purely doctrinal issues.
