I would to find out about the textile region of Russia...?

Hey I will be flying to Russia this weekend. I would like to know where the most popular region is for textiles.. factories that make garments, shoes and so on. Any help on Russia will be appriciated.Also 4-5 star hotel names.Thanks for helping out!
