Virginia Tech,NYU, or Howard?

I am a freshman in high school in Virginia Beach, VA. My grades are like 5 A's and a B out of 6 cles including Spanish 4, Algebra II/Trig/Biology, World History, P.E., and Honors English 9. I plan to go to the IB program next year. Will this help? Also, since I am only a freshman I have narrowed it down to these three schools. I would like to know what all of these schools are looking for. Please only people who really know this stuff. What will I need as a minimum GPA and SAT/ACT to get into these schools? I appreciate any constructive answer. Right now I am thinking about going to VT or Howard University in D.C. and then NYU law for grad school unless NYU has a six year law program like Columbia. Does anyone know if they have that as well? Thanks for anything.
