Is the Gay community going to use the military?

Is the gay community going to use the military to brainwash personnel so they will accept gays and s when they return to civilian life? It seems like this is another one of those freak shows from the 60s when the military was being used to make social changes in people lives and doing medical experiments on enlisted people. Is repealing the DADT policies just a way of getting people to accept the sick acts of s in the military and later in civilian life?
