Well water with alot of iron is make a disaster of my hair?

I just recently moved into an old farmhouse and oh my i looove it! My BIG problem seems to be the water . It has alot of iron in it which doesn't concern me a whole lot because at my mom and dads we always had bad water so we always saved milk jugs and filled um up weekly at my grandmas and used that for drinking and cooking so ive just been doing that and its been fine however i have run into a problem because of all the iron my hair has just been like blah lol. Im wondering if there is something or some good shampoo that will help my hair.any ideas?
