Trying to identify this beetle.?

I has a single horn coming form the tip of its nose, the nose and to either side is gold it has a flat top right above the head that looks like a swept back triangle or like looking down at the top of a hand-glider and the back tips are like short flat horns and the hole flat top is red. The shell or wing covers are green as is the bottom all colors are very shiny and vibrant. I live in South East Texas this is the first time I have seen this beetle around here and would like some help identifying it.
