Tomb raider underworld? how to do a adrenaline mode? What on do I need to push?

I trigger adrenaline mode, press Square when directly in front of an enemy. Lara will kick off of the enemy and you use the right joystick to position the little target into the larger one and hit R2 to get the headshot.
