OMG, is it ok? i feel so confused?

there is a guy, that i totally like but i dont know if i'm obbsessing over him... is it OK to talk about him to my frans or just talk about him in my mind? every time i do talk about him to my frans they listen 4 the first part but then they just get bored.. so.. HELP!
