My ex bf 19 yrs old cheated on me for a 13 yr old girl, that normal or am I going crazy? =(?

yeah sorry i didnt bother reading your question. but if he dated a 13 yr old at the age of 19.. isnt that against the law.. coz im pretty sure it is. to date someone under the age of 18, you have to be within 2 years age limit of them. lol
