How can i see my dad's will (he just died) if my stepmom won't let me? also life insurance he said he had.?

dad always said that i would be taken care of when he died and now he did and my stepmother says that the will leaves everything to her and when she dies it goes to me. meanwhile she is selling the cadillac, his motorcycle etc. because she says she needs money. he told my daughters and i that he had one policy just for us and i don't know how i would know where to find out about it. she says she doesn't know anything about it which doesn't surprise me, he may have kept it from her. i don't want to take anything from her but i want his wishes honored. i hope someone can please give me some guidance on where to turn.
